Shipping and Cancellation

• Your product will be delivered to you within 5 to 10 days, depending on your location
• Shipping charges will be determined by the sales partner

We do not encourage the cancellation of products that you have ordered by mistake. We always recommend that you make sure that the product, quantities and all other attributes meet your needs. If you are cancelling your order due to a valid reason or haven’t got it delivered or the order is lost, you would be eligible for a whole refund of the order amount

Returns and Refund

Our returns policy is applicable only if:

• Your products were damaged upon delivery
• You received a faulty or wrong item

We do not encourage the cancellation of products that you have ordered by mistake. We always recommend that you make sure that the product, quantities and all other attributes meet your needs. If you wish to return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery, you may place a return order with us. Unless you received a damaged product, the returned items:

• Should be in undamaged and unused condition
• Should be returned with the original packaging and tags

If the products you have received are damaged or a wrong order, we offer a free replacement of the products that you had originally ordered. For all other returned items, we may offer a wallet credit or refund to the source within 7 days.
